Last night we had more rain in central Brisbane (130mm) than in the previous 6 months! It would be good if the Australian government had the initiative to adopt and modify the Bradford scheme, and dam the South Johnstone, Tully, Herbert and Burdekin rivers, where flooding in February would have filled Sydney Harbour in 5 hours. But I would like to see less talk and more action. Instead of letting the water flow to Lake Eyre it could be diverted into the Warrego River which finds its way to the Balonne and then into the Murray Darling System. It should have been started by the LNP in 2013, and certainly not be dependent on the October 2020 election.

Wonderful decorations on the walls with superb colour and saturation and a nice catch of the woman being photographed by a friend. Good sharpness and even the fg stones at the entrance are nicely decorated with stone cases and flowers. Tfs!

The title sounds like a Doors song! Sad news today about Marie Fredriksson of Roxette, who was a national Swedish treasure. Good inclusion of the 2 men at the top of the cliffs for scale. Excellent scanning with natural looking colour. Tfs!

That green cyan fencing and the red and white barricades are new and kind of disturb the view a little but that's not your fault. The red roofed building with the portrait of Mao contrasts well with a rare blue sky. Good sharpness and the people animate the scene. Tfs!
