Focal length designation

Hi All,
Here is a question for those in the know:
I am used to seeing a single number for focal length in the EXIF data such as:
Focal Length: 39.1 mm.
But I am confused by
Focal Length: 468/100 mm.
Am I to take it as 4.68 mm? Any thoughts?
Thnx,
MT

Focal length

Can't possibly be true! Extreme fisheyes are 8mm. Frankly I don't know what it means.

Small, medium and large are in the eye of the beholder. At one time 8Ē was large. Itís medium now possibly headed to small. I just ordered a 16Ē. It used to be the entry large now I wonder if itís more the end of medium. When you go to one of the major star parties you get an idea of large when you see the huge dobís some folks have. I think the largest amateur scope is now 70Ē.

Focal length

Hi,
468/100 means the focus distance, your focal length is 39mm and 4.68mm is the distance to the focus point, ... I guess ...
