Excelente foto, o enquadramento foi bem feito e a nitidez � incr咩el! As figuras entalhadas s縊 bem interessantes, principalmente o ankh. Triste ver esse exemplo de vandalismo.

eccellente dettaglio, ci sono due scritte, una molto pi� antica dell'altra, ma ad oggi sembrano interessanti tutte e due.
Ovviamente non bisogna deturpare le opere pi� antiche, ma sembra che la maleducazione sia sempre esistita....

A very nice close up of the ancient hieroglyphs on a column in Karnak temple.
This kind of vandalism can not have been done in a few moments. I suppose that this historic site hasn't always been guarded in the past ...

Unfortunately I have seen this kind of stupidity damaging ancient treasures in several places. If this was actually done in 1880 it shows that people were stupid even then. It's an interesting photo, and despite the vandalism the beauty of the ancient figures is still obvious.

An excellent close-up photo of the beautiful hieroglyphs. Excellent sharpness and I like the warm tones. Such a pity that so many people have obviously felt the need to scratch something into the stone as well.

Hallo Wolfgang,
it looks a bit confusing since for example the Greek alphabet is quite foreign and exotic for me too so in a way it goes well together, as if an ancient Greek philosopher was making comments on the Egyptian text here.
Very interesting focus on the detail. I was very much impressed by the Hieroglyphs every time I saw them.

I completely agree about the stupidity of some people. And it's not restricted to Africa. 40 thousand year old Aboriginal rock paintings have to be monitored 24/7 with cctv and fences around them to stop idiots leaving their stupid "Jo was here 2017" comments. Tfs!
