Photographer's Note

Visiting the highlights of Lahore was on my agenda that day. This is how I arrived to the Wazir Khan mosque, also known as Shah Jahan's Mosque. Dating from 1634, it is famous for the tiles decorations which adorn both interior and exterior of the building. To my surprise, there were preparations for a big lunch, and the cook
was boiling some food in huge caldrons displayed near the entrance. A few minutes later the effect of steaming was lost.
