When I remember my trip to Sri Lanka, there will always be the smell of flowers in my mind. I like the thought of offering flowers to God (instead of, for instance, chicken or lambs), especially in a country that is blooming wherever you put your eye.
The photo was taken in the temple of the tooth relic, one of the most important sanctuaries of Sri Lank

Hello Elvira, I also prefer flowers offers than chicken, lambs or lama, like in South America. Wonderful lotus and water lilies for Buddha.
