Photographer's Note

Combleux is a village of the edge of the Loire which is located at about fifteen km of Orleans, not to confuse with "Combreux" which is located further. The Loire is a not very deep river; only boats or boats flat-bottomed can sail there. The characteristic of these boats of the Loire it is that they are covered entirely with a layer of tar in order to be able to ensure their sealing.
