Very impressive composition! That house in the background must be huge! The desaturation of everything but the light works like a charm.
You do seem to have some bad cloning in the bottom left and top left though. Apart from that, this shot is perfect!
Made a workshop that corrects the cloning but alas, you do not allow Workshops. Enable it if you want to see. :)

Great angle on something we've seen before here on TE. The light as part of your composition makes this shot very engaging and pleasant to look at. I'm also wondering if the building behind the light is in B&W or color...maybe just the lights captured by the camera have created this effect. Anyway, great shot you have here.

Fantastic contrast, I don't know if the building really looked B&W or if it's a software trick, but it's great anyway. Perfect framing, and a very interesting angle.
