Photographer's Note

At the end north end of Centennial Highway, along the west coast north of Wellington, a lot of driftwood is washed ashore by the tides.
This one is a biggie, that has been stripped of all it's bark and branches, washed down some river up north and drifted south for some time to arrive here.
I measured it at 3 metres high off the beach and 5 metres long.
