Photographer's Note

This picture was taken on the beautiful island of Fernando De Noronha off the coast of Brazil. If you go to Brazil and want to do other things than carnival then Fernando de Noronha is definitely a nice place to visit - mainly for it's fantastic scenery and beaches.
The picture was taken a couple of years ago - and I can nearly feel my feet getting wet when walking around the luke warm water - hence the title.

Hi Ronni, incredible beach scene! Love how you captured the rocks in the bottom of that pond in front through the clear water. Interesting how some of those clouds are similar in shape to the rock formations you framed out in the distance. Thanks for sharing!

Love the low angle you have used to take this shot. It is well composed with nice foreground, mid-ground and background. Good perspective. Great natural colours.

Great POV, the low angle really adds interest to the piece. I like the twin clouds over the twin rock formations in the background. Solid deep composition that leads the viewers eye back well.

This is a good shot, however if you would have stepped down to F16-F22 your image would be focused throughout the scene. It is better to allow the viewer to see all the scene if it is a scenic, single items, or up close items are good with open aperature. Nice shot....

Yeah... Noronha is really wonderful, isn't it ? Almost unbelievable.
A photo that makes us almost feel the sensation you have described.
Regarding the technique, I could notice that the horizon is quite tilted to the left.
Anyway, a nice shot.
