お正月にすること-4
暮に作ったおでんを食べました。
おでんのような煮込む料理はおいしくなる頃には無くなります。
下から時計回りに
-たまご
-里芋
-黒はんぺん（静岡名産です）
-牛蒡巻
-大根
-スジ
駿府の人はおでんを良く食べます。
私はこれ、江戸から来たものではないかと思います。
それも慶応4年、江戸がバクダッドだった時に駿府へ
避難して来た難民によってにもたらされたのではないかと、
