As far as I know, the architecture of the building was inspired by the works of a Polish illustrator , Jan Marcin Szancer, and was thought to be a tribute to his work. Inside you may find some shops and two nice pubs featuring a great view on the promenade...

Interesting building. It looks like something out of a Dr. Seuss book. I too thought it had been Photoshopped at first. I wonder what the inside looks like. Nice capture.
