Well actually it is called Kanchenjunga but it sounds great while referring it Mt. K. It is not called Mt. K commonly but here in TE i found people referring it Mt. K. I too quoted it as Mt. K since i liked it when i saw it referring it as Mt. K.
As per the climbing... this mountain is forbidden to climb due to some religious point of view.
