To Silvio1953: Spots yes sensor no
The problem was at the time my dust was between the infrared and highpass filters. So I could not clean them off because I could not get to them as they were sealed. Canon should have repaired them for free but they charged me for an entirely new sensor at over a 1000 dollars U.S........... Not happy at all with Canon service........... I am looking at moving to a Nikon system...
