Agree, these flowers are amazing. But, if we talk about tulips, the heaven is situated south to Amsterdam in the place named Keukenhof - the world known tulips park :)
In my point of view, the better POV :) will be if you put camera more down, having tulips occupying most of the picture - almost all the frame with a little strip of the sky (look at famouse yellow tulips wallpaper in Win XP to understand what I mean)

I also have seen fields of tulips or other cultivated flowers making long lines of alternate colors that are amazing to watch. But I can't help putting large amount of blue sky when I can, I like the blue color ! Have fun Olivier
