Very nice split composition : everything falls into place nicely without being stiff.
I like your tonal range of soft greys, although it may lack some true black, also the biker is probably too faded, a darker silhouette would have been welcomed.
I was thinking of that cheap fisheye lens for underwater photos but I believe it's still not wide enough. Have you ever tried wider lenses like the Peleng 8mm lens?

To Luko: cheap fisheye
I've never tried nothing wider than that zenitar. It's wide enough on the full frame I think. On the 10d like mine it is significantly wider than a canon 17-40 but not that wide I'd want.
