Hi Estela,
06:30 am . The constraction-sight is already active, you'll see in the coming-up no.2 a different position of the cranes. Near the sight is the Givatayim-Park from where pic. was taken - if I'd arrive 10 minutes earlier the sky had been pink to red . Thanks Ike
