Great pboehringer 2007-01-02 11:30

Yes, finding the right tilt is sometimes quite challenging. It seems to me that your eye found the right equilibrium. The light and colors are very well balanced and the overall composition looks lovely, although the historical background is far from being lovely. From all the english monastery ruins my favorite is the Tintern Abbey. Any chance to see it in your upcoming series?
Greetings, Peter

Default To pboehringer: Tintern Abbey

Thanks Peter
Sorry to disappoint you but I haven't been to Tintern Abbey. Actually it is in Wales and quite a way off where I live. Seeing as I am now a proud member of English Heritage I do plan on visiting as many abbey and castle ruins as time allows this year, so watch this space. (you might have a long wait though ;D)
