To holmertz: The building
Thank you Gert,
I apologize for my late answer. The building didn't look worn down but the floors were dirty. Today Brenda saw it also. I didn't notice the dirty floors during my visit but later on my pictures. I know several people who have been in New York many years ago and many of them found a lot of people there unfriendly. In my opinion, this is not the case anymore today. I liked the inhabitants of NYC very much. They were all polite and helpful, in Manhattan and in Brooklyn and this regardless of skin colour, religion, ethnic group. Best wishes, Paul
