Greetings Akihisa,
I am going through a phase of your Tokyo photos - and I am really impressed with the mood you create. Once again, that sense of alienation, of mysteries with no solution, of a very noir viewpoint: they somehow make me think of the work of Weegee in 40s and 50s USA.
This could certainly be the cover of a thriller - but a more upmarket, post-modern thriller with a far more ambiguous ending than the standard - good-guy-wins-bad-guy-is-caught-or-killed.
Regards and thanks, Iain

dear Iain,
thank you for your wonderful and kind critique comment, always I appreciate your words well, Tokyo is strange city indeed, we can see several complex aspects as visual objects, but I feel that melancholic and lonely atmosphere mostly and deeply, best regards, from Japan, Akihisa and I'll write the critique comment to your next post, |
