Photographer's Note
After the mountains of the Drakensberg mountain range I headed to Johannesburg where I found time to walk around without my camera. Then Mozambique and the small fishing village of Vilankulo was my next stop.
The area had long sandy beaches and the tide came quickly in the afternoon. It seemed like the whole town gathered at the beach during the tide, when the local fishermen came back with today's catch. The next day I also got to taste the local fish when I was invited home to one of the fishermen. A fantastic experience.

Bonjour Fredrik
De superbes couleurs qui tranchent sur les bleus du ciel et de la mer. Une diagonale bien trouv馥 pour un joli r駸ultat

Hi Fredrik
Beautiful photo of a beautiful boat. The colours are vibrant and the shape of the sail makes for a strong focal point in the image.
Reading your note, your stay in that place sounds like an amazing travel experience.
Best wishes
Kasia
Ps. You can travel to North Korea and quite a few people go there. But individual travel is not allowed, one can only go with a travel agent and be accompanied by guides.
I'm not sure how well they have preserved those traditional buildings but at least they seem to be rebuilding them now to show to tourists. I visited quite a few temples, pavilions etc. I'm of course not entirely sure which ones had bee restored and which ones built from scratch. It's a country full of mystery.

The beautiful red/white lines and the vertical green in the sail; the sail just above the horizon, the boath just beneath: in everything a beautiful composition!
