Photographer's Note
This is the place where the children called 'Home' with a view of the Bay.
Although the living conditions not the best...still they are so happy and bubbly with their innocent and curiosity towards the tourists. The guide who guided us this tour... lives in this township. So she is local herself and she can sings very good so as all the children too.

Hello Loong,
I was wondering if it were possible to visit this neighbourhood individually.
Then I read you visited it with a local guide who lives there.
That's a very good idea. In this way, the residents see that you are there with one of them.
From there you have a beautiful view of the bay.
But it will not be easy to live there.
Best regards, Paul

Hello Loong, not a pretty picture, but one that tells us how it is and what you discovered.
The dwellings look so flimsy, I worry what will happen in bad weather!
Nice to know that the children seem happy.
Very good documentary picture.
Thanks for sharing, kind regards, Jean.

Hello Loong,
A good overview from a good viewpoint of this area, where the children live. The composition is well balanced and the colours are nicely saturated. The lonely person is well included in the middle.

Hello Loong,
I'm not sure of the politics in this area but feel you made a very good choice to use a local guide who would not only be very well informed but would immediately show residents that you were 'friends'.
I love the description of the children being so happy and so friendly, despite the seeming poverty of their homes. When you are not constantly reminded that other people have much more than you, it is much easier to be content with what you have. I wonder how many tourists would immediately say all our children were happy and singing, if they toured our country.
Though there are no outstanding buildings to grab our attention, there is a good lead road to guide between the many, similar corrugated-iron houses.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Hello foxy, a good idea to visit such places with someone who lives there among the people. Interesting that the children can live in such conditions and be happy and smiling. And the kids in rich countries have so much and they seem bored. Interesting view.
Best regards MAlgo
