Photographer's Note
This game reserve is the largest in South Africa: it stretches 350 kilometers and 60 kilometers wide. 147 species of mammals live in freedom, this protected reserve was created in 1926.
A territory of bush and savannah where we can observe the animals by walking the tracks and in particular to see the "Big Five" (lions, leopards, elephants, buffalo, rhinoceros), but in a territory so huge, it is necessary to look for them and be lucky ... it's not a zoo!
Here, near this pond a flock of African Buffalo, there are about 25,000 in all the Kruger.

Hi Jean
A great panoramic view. From your photos you did have the "bit of luck" and saw plenty of wildlife.
cheers

Hi Jean
The eroded granite dome looks like Bald Rock in northern NSW, only I wouldn't go swimming in the water on account of crocodiles or Hippos. The solitary sentinel bird in the tree makes a good focal point. Tfs!

Bonjour, cher Jean,

Hello Jean,
When the game reserve is so big then it can be difficult to be in the right place at the right time. Usually, the pools are the places where the meeting with the animals is the most probable. Have you seen Big Five? In Etosha, in Namibia, I saw a lot of animals but unfortunately, not leopard.

Hello Jean,
Excellent panoramic view from Kruger Game Park that I had the pleasure of visiting some thirty years ago. The herd of buffalo makes a great focal point and is nicely observed across the pleasantly illuminated lake with its lovely reflections. Well exposed with well rendered colours and good sharpness.

Bonjour Jean,
I think Kruger Park is one of the oldest wildlife parks in the world. I can still remember the photos and stories from my earliest childhood.
This is a beautiful peaceful image with the buffalo quietly drinking from this pool, but who knows, there is a lion hiding in the bushes.
Excellent work
Have a nice Sunday, groet Rob

Bonjour Jean,
J'appr馗ie les reflets sur l'eau. La prise de vue permet de voir les d騁ails de la montagne, des arbres et des buffles. La lumi鑽e donne de belles teintes aux couleurs de l'image. Bonne journ馥.

Bonjour Jean,
beautiful view. I am actually less into animals and more into landscapes so this one is more interesting for me as the animals are a great decoration of the beautiful natural scenery here.
Great use of the water aspect in the foreground.
Fantastic trip, great reportage
