Photographer's Note
Anchang is an old canal town about half an hour west of Shaoxing in northern Zhejiang.
It's little more than two rows of old houses, really, lining the old canal, a kind of testimony to the life and trades of times gone by, a pocket of antique authenticity in the industrial boomland that is northern Zhejiang.
It makes a fascinating place to walk around, maybe sit down and sip a tea...or wait for the rains to stop and try a few shots while doing so.
Hope you like this one...

Hi Benny, great composition, turning this everyday scene into an engaging image. Exposure was difficult but handled well, with neither the man too bright nor the clothes too dark. Cheers, Steve

Beautiful Benny.
It's very hard to get a tropical rain fair on a frame but you manage with the exact DOF and just the symbol of drying cloth makes it even better.
One more thing I'm a friend of is straight angles

Hello Benny,
I am trying to solve the 12, 35 riddle but the picture is a treat. The slow shutter making the raindrops streaking through the frame and the composition, all make an interesting presentation.
Thanks for sharing
Kamran
