Keeping Fit, a photo from Victoria, East

Photographer's Note

Before heading back to Melbourne after an afternoon of visiting numerous venues which hosted photographic works from around the world, Andrew and I decided to pay a quick visit to Lake Wendouree on the off chance that the sun, which was absent most of the day but which appeared shyly in the late afternoon, might offer a chance for some nicely lit photos.

The lake has become a magnet for joggers, cyclists, walkers and rowers. Behind the people is one of the many boat sheds that one finds around the lake.

a nice moment captured with the walkers in the road with a dog. The nice cottage behind them attracts our attention and acted as a nice focal point. Excellent clarity and colours. Nice composition. Tfs.

Yes, Australian in sports and fitness have no equal. Pleasant scene, as Luciano noticed, a dog seems a bit tired. Nice shed on water. So it is winter in Melbourne? hahaha

This is beautiful scenery by the lake.Morning jogger with some nicely toned ladies.The house behind them is apparently the centre of attraction in the frame. Very well done to catch this moment on your sensor.TFS.

Merhaba Klaudio, this is the best time of the day in terms of light for me. I would love to see the sunset on tis lake which is my favourite. I wonder if the lake level has risen a bit like a tide, as the further part of the cottage seems like it sinks.. Thanks for sharing.
