Photographer's Note

The House of the National Assembly is the seat of the National Assembly of Serbia. The building is located on Nikola Pa喨ć Square in downtown Belgrade, and is a notable landmark and tourist attraction in the city.

Between its completion in 1938 and 2006, it was the seat of the Parliament of Yugoslavia and later the Parliament of Serbia and Montenegro.

Hi Daniel. A very successful night shot featuring a grand building. The black background throws the building into sharp relief. Lovely golden light. So many of us were born in a country that no longer exists and we have all gone tribal now. Regards. Klaudio.

i'm always a big fan of these upward pov's with the lean-back perspective. Maybe not everyone's taste, but its ok with me.

I like very much this photo of the elegant, historic building that emerges from the shadows, glows in a mesmerizing way, displaying its lovely architectural details as well, and leaves the upper space of the frame to a deep, peaceful nocturnal sky. I like the warm tones created by the lights but I believe that the shadows add great character too. Congratulations and thank you!

una notturna molto difficile, l'esposizione � stata molto lunga, si vedono anche le stelle.
Comunque si tratta di un'ottimo risultato.

Hi Daniel.

I found this same building on an impromptu walking tour around Belgrade. It looks great at blue hour. Good warm cold color contrasts with excellent sharpness. perspective has been well managed placing the verticals centrally. Tfs.
