Photographer's Note
Sculpture found in the grounds of the Galleria D'Arte Maggiore in Bologna.
Galleria d'Arte Maggiore was founded in 1978 by Franco and Roberta Calarota. It is focused both on the so-called 杜odern-classic - dealing with historically and universally recognized artists such as Pablo Picasso, Ren Magritte, Giorgio Morandi and Lucio Fontana and on contemporary artists who are internationally famous. .

Hello May! Next week I will be in Bologna myself!!! Sometimes it is really funny how things go, I really had to look twice when I saw that you took this photo in Bologna. Thank you so much for this incredible tip and this VERY beautfiul photo. Excellent color management, the right amount of pushing the colors, and yet it still looks very natural. Well done. Best, Barbara.

hi may,
this is a wonderful piece of art, and your picture shows it off perfectly. excellent composition and placing in the frame with the portrait format. the colours of the piece are superb showing its fantastic textures in full. the plain background helps to focus attention on the subject.

Hello May - I love this shot, the art work appeals to me and your shot captures it very well. The soft grainy texture in the wall is lovely and a perfect backdrop and the detail in the sculpture well captured. TFS and best regards Rosemary

Hi May
This shows the different aproach to your interest. It would be very tempting to photograph that fine art work. Brilliant shot and the fig is stunning, curious to see what he is looking AT, more than the artwork and really does add a great dimension too. As ever very well seen and timed shot which adds greatly to the overall scene. Great effort,
Best regards
