golden stormy day, a photo from Parana, South

Photographer's Note

I shot this in my way to Foz do Igua輹, from a forgotten sightseeing point on BR-277 highway, between Guarapuava and Relio cities. The view is of Serra da Esperan軋 (something like Hope Mountain Ridge). It was a stormy day with the Sun trying to appear between one cloud and another. The photo was post processed to enhance all that beautiful golden light. Hope you like it, even if you prefer a more conventional treatment :)

Because you did not overdo it, the result of the PP, IMHO, is successful ;) Love to see that rounded hill, the dark menacing cloud which created a strong contrast with the sunset colour tones! The vegetation seems to be very luxuriant!

it is really a nice photography using light with such tone that the colours of sky turned magically outstanding. Nice hilly area in middle and nice land with beautiful colours in FG. Carlos fiz uma bucar aqui e achei mais detalhes para ti. Esse morro ao fundo � chamado de Morungava ou Morro do Chap騏. O nome da Serra na verdade � Serra da Esperan軋 (qeu atualmente � uma APA) onde tem um mirante que eu acredito que era onde voc� estava para essa foto. (se bem que voc� estava na BR 373, e pelo que li o mirante fica na 277). O morro tem aproximadamente 1200 metros de altura.

How high is this mountain? Wow, it looks so similar to Mount Singai that I trek each Sunday here! With the surrounding flat land, this seems so interesting.
