Photographer's Note

Hello friends and colleagues propose today a visit to another city on the Cadiz coast, the town of Rota, today we can see the street surrounding the port with the new lighthouse. I hope you like it, then some letters on the villa.

The town of Rota is a Spanish municipality located in the province of C疆iz, in the autonomous community of Andalusia. Its geographical coordinates are 36 ｰ 37 'N, 6 ｰ 21' W. Its surface area is 84 square kilometers and borders the cities of Chipiona, Sanlucar de Barrameda and El Puerto de Santa Mar僘. It is located at an altitude of 9 meters and 51 kilometers of the province capital, Cadiz. In 2012 it had 29,094 inhabitants, with a density of 339.44 hab / kmｲ. It belongs to two associations, the Association of Municipalities Bay of Cadiz; of which it forms part since 19973 with the municipalities of C疆iz, Jerez de la Frontera, El Puerto de Santa Mar僘, San Fernando, Chiclana and Puerto Real, and the Association of Municipalities of Bajo Guadalquivir that form, among others, municipalities Northwest Coast.

Located next to the bay of Cadiz on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean, halfway between Portugal and Gibraltar, it is an eminently tourist town, a vacation destination for travelers from all parts of Europe. In low season, its main business is the fishing industry. In his municipality is located the Rota Naval Base.

Playa de la Costilla is arguably the busiest beach in Rota, as it is located in the same town and has all kinds of services. Beach with blue flag beach 2015 awarded the Quality Tourism Q 2015.
Its area is 1,300 meters by 50 meters wide. The average occupancy rate is high. urban beach promenade, with blue flag, mainly composed of golden sand. The usual state of the sea is moderate waves.

Una preciosa combinacion la del grupo de fachadas, con el faro junto a las mismas,su luminoso colorido junto al bonito cielo, crea una imagen muy viva y agradable.

A lovely sunny view.
The seems to me a great place to stay for some holydays.
You choose an excellent POV to show us the scene.
The buildings on the right lead your eyes easily to the new lighthouse left of the middle.
The people on the left prevent the idea that the place is deserted and no so attractive.

The buildings are very interesting and this fine line of houses is perfectly ended by the lighthouse. I also like the elegant pillars with a golden ball on top. The colours and light are beautiful. It's a very pleasant photo.

Great view along the street where the facade leads the eye very nicely to the skinny lighthouse. I like the contrast of the red elements and the yellow facade with the blue sky. The light is well managed too here.

for some reason, this image looks like a painting, it just has that look and feel to it.
and its so strange to see a lighthouse that close to the city streets and other buildings too.
who could resist a sky like that, clouds which look like a painters brush stroke.

Hola Angel,

April looks warm and sunny in Andalucia.

You have chosen a fine viewpoint, where the pristine buildings make a pleasing guide to the strongly positioned focal lighthouse.
Despite the brightness of the day and the sunlight falling on white facades, you have controlled it well.
The whispy clouds add a special detail to the sky.

La place est baign馥 de soleil, bien s皞, et malgr� cette lumi鑽e forte votre exposition pour les tons blancs rend des densit駸 normales pour d騁ails bien visibles sur les 馘ifices.

This looks so pretty! I like how clean and well taken care off is this place. It looks as if the houses were finished just yesterday. I like this type of modern architecture.
Very attractive presentation with some asymmetry introduced by the lighthouse.
The motif of the road works nicely here and even the sky decorates the composition with interesting pattern of the clouds.
