GOLDEN GATE'S SHADOW !

That was my first visit to SAN FRANCISCO and I crossed the GOLDEN GATE BRIDGE a couple of times, on foot and by bike! This picture was taken while I was there for the first time, on my arrival day in that city, after a long trip from Brazil, including a closed JFK NYC and a change of flights from the Big Apple to Washington DC, due to a blizzard in the US EASTERN COAST!
Must I say I was amazed by the bridge and by the fact I was making another of my dreams come true!!!???!!!

love seeing the extended shadow, wish I had seen this too. the image works so well.

Hi Neyvan,
Excellent seaview in superb light, nice colors.
The bridge shadow on green-blue water is perfect.
It is also nice to see the small ship and the green hill in excellent light.
Nicely framed in vertical format.

The black shadowed x shape adds a nice graphic element. Good sharpness and I too walked across the Golden Gate Bridge twice, up to Marin Headland and back. Like me you had a rare fog free day. Tfs!

I haven't seen this kind of presentation of the Golden Gate before. Well seen and executed idea. That ferry emphasizes massivity of the pylon well.

I love this capture of the shadow in the shape of the cross. Your timing was great to capture the vessel at a sweet point. The color of the ocean merges with that of the hills beyond to yield a spectacular view, TFS!

Hello Neyvan,
this image is marvellous, you have composed it in a dynamic and artistic way, the perspective is superb, the scale amazing. Even this partial, suggestive and graphic depiction of the bridge shows what an impressive structure it is. I like the warm light and colours, the interesting setting in the distance and the brightly lit boat, that makes an attractive focal point, adds movement and renders the texture of the sea even more interesting.
