This shot has been taken at the Courtyard of the Maidens of the Alc痙ar of Seville.

The Alc痙ar of Seville (Spanish "Reales Alc痙ares de Sevilla") is a royal palace, originally a Moorish fort. The palace is renowned as one of the most beautiful in Spain. It is the oldest royal palace still in use in Europe, and it was registered in 1987 by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, along with the Seville Cathedral and the General Archive of the Indies. Hello Gosia, my neighbour today !
Nice capture from Sevilla with a quite strange but effectfull light. A joyfull scenery of this nice game of light and those beuatiful Moorish tiles.

I have seen you have recently visited the are where I live, I hope you have enjoyed the trip and that everybody here have treated you in the way we use, with courtesy and friendliness and that you have capture nice pictures, particularly of my town, Jerez.

This one of the Alcazar of Seville is very nice with the sun on thw wall illuminating these colorful tiles. Perfect.

Swiatlo na scianie tworzy ksztalt podobny do bozonarodzeniowej choinki. :)

nel grande formato si apprezza tutto il fine gioco di luci e di ombre che hai saputo sapientemente comporre nel fotogramma.
Una immagine insolita dell'Alcazar, ma questo � il genere che a me piace di pi� anche se non � facile trovare le condizioni per farlo e difficilmente la foto viene poi apprezzata da chi la osserva.
Purtroppo � un dato di fatto: la maggior parte degli utenti di TE ricerca foto di grande impatto visivo e con colori vivaci: Che poi riescano a suscitare o no emozioni poco importa,

Good use of the light to have a framing with the shadow of the local architecture on the colored tiles. The lighted part at left is too distracting for me, so I removed it in my WS.

A brilliant play with light, the shapes of the building allowing the light in has been perfectly defined, while inside the lit areas there are so many colors and shapes. This image is dramatic and artistic, beautifully seen.

A beautiful shot which relies on the wonderful shadows for its success Gosia. I like the vertical format and the way you gave composed the shot with the two light areas creating a diagonal through the frame. I also like the way only a limited area of the tiles are flooded with light... good contrasts.
