Hi everyone,
I'd like to thank you all for your kind words submitted to my last post called 'Golden Plaza de Espa'. To continue the series here is another capture taken during the daytime of the impressive North Tower of the Plaza de Espa seen through the fountain which is located in the middle of the square. Hello Gosia,
This is a very very nice photo. You have combined the tower and the fountain very cleverly to make them look equally high. In a way it is a fairly simple composition, but it is very smart and well managed with few details and fine contrasts and colours.

This is stunning photography. The tower is very sharp with lovely light and shadow areas. having the fountain in the FG was a wonderful idea giving a very imaginative image. I particularly like the sparkling water droplets against the deep blue sky. A favourite for me.

Wonderful scene, I like this capture of the water expression. I have never been in the Southern Spain, but this view remonds me Sta. Barbara. But there's not so beautiful tower indeed.

An excellent shot presented in a very well balanced and interesting way, with both light and composition. I like the slight upward POV and the inclusion of the jets of water as a centerpiece and the building behind for a backdrop. The fountain adds a touch of freshness and dynamism to this beautiful image. Very well done.

don't really expect to see such a beautiful structure in the bg behind the water fountain, but i love it.
and i like that you focused in on the tower itself, its quite sharp and in-focus.

Świetny pomysł na fotkę i wykonanie. Wieża wystrzeliwuje w gę spomiędzy słup wody, wynurzając się z jakby ściany mgiełki - daje to fantastyczny efekt - jest dynamika i jest moc. Zastygnięte w powietrzu, ale też leciutko rozmyte strugi wody (idealnie IMO dobrany czas naświetlania) jeszcze ten efekt potęgują. Prawie słyszę szum tych fontann.

PS. Widzę, że używasz OMD i że świetnie się sprawdza. Mam nadzieję, że sam też za jakiś czas przesiądę się na niego ze swojego Oly E-PL3 (chociaż go uwielbiam)

A glorious picture where thanks to your fast shutter speed you have effectively frozen the water of the fountains. The North tower looks beautiful as we 'peepe' through the fountains and also creating a fine contrast with the deep blue polarizing sky.
