Beggar, a photo from Tehran, East

Photographer's Note

This photo is from the last and north-est station of the Metro. It is near a market. People are used to pay attention to poor, homeless, sick and beggar people in whole Iran except here in Tehran. They didnt care and just were passing in front of him. Maybe big cities in all over the world are formatting a different kind of civilization.

Hello, your image is a very skillful, powerful and artistic photo that brings to light an important sociological issue that one arguably may find in any large city in the civilized world. One can read so much in the photo. whoi will take care of the sick and meek and the dejected in this world?
The fast moving people that are blurred(from your choice of a slow shutter speed)represent the human indifference one sees towards the man. This photo shows us a different kind or world that we may learn about through the medium of photography.
