Photographer's Note

Wroclaw is one of the oldest and most beautiful Polish cities. It is the fourth most populous city in Poland - over 600 thousand. residents, and the fifth in terms of area - 293 km ｲ. It is situated in Lower Silesia, on the Oder River with its many tributaries and canals, is a unique city of 12 islands and more than a hundred bridges. The earliest mention of the existence of Wroclaw dates back to the year 1000, then was founded a bishopric in the Lower Silesia, but 150 years earlier already settled here Slavic tribes in larger settlements. The most important and oldest district of the city is the Cathedral Island, which you can see in the picture.

Nice sky with the setting sun in dramatic clouds,
beautiful waterbed with reflections and silhouettes of the city-line --- excellent combination in a very well-composed frame. I liked the fading of light gradually from left to right.
Wonderful shot with great colors.

Wroclaw robi wrazenie niezaleznie od punktu widzenia,ale tutaj na tle zachodzacego slonca wyglada szczegolnie pieknie.

Hello Ryszard,

An attractive shot as a thumbnail, even better full size.
The silhouetted buildings make a most effective, separation line between the golden sky and the rippling gold on the water. A shot to gaze at and enjoy.

Excellent exposing for the sky has nicely captured the colors of the sunset and made a good silhouette of the town buildings; and the light reflections are perfect.

Hello Ryszard,
Wonderful cloud lines in the sky. Their colours are reflected well in the water.
Between both coloured surfaces we find the silhouettes of several towers and spires.
