PROCIDA is a small island off the coast of Napoli. It's a bit less known than the other islands, Capri and Ischia. But it is so beautiful...

THIS PICTURE is the view from up the ridge you have to cross to get from the main harbour (where the ferries to/from Napoli dock) to another smaller and more picturesque harbour on the other side of town.

It's a nicely packed and tightly framed photo. The many colours make the buildings look quite appealing and the mountain in the background doesn't harm the composition at all.

I'm not sure if its me (probably is), but about 90% of the bands you use for your photo titles I have NEVER EVER heard of before. anyways, this is a fine shot of Procida, here we can get a pretty darn good sense of how the homes are placed so close to one another. Not much in the way of privacy or wide open spaces! love seeing the rooftop on the bottom left, and that large crack on the exterior...i get the feeling they will allow that crack to get bigger and bigger. wonderful view here. cheers

Hello Benny, I note a high urban density on that small island. The houses were built close each other. I like the colorful facades. A mountain silouhette is visible in the far bg. Procida is less visited than Capri or Ischia but I think it really worthes an excursion. Good luminosity, sharp details

We have visited Sorrento twice but never learned about this island which is a pity because it looks to be a place well worth seeing!
Your photograph is tightly packed, capturing lots of sharp details of the colourful buildings, seeming like an exciting maze!
The mountains further enhance the setting as well as creating a fine sense of depth.

It's the buildings' verity of colours and contrast really make this shot sing which is nicely arranged such a way to balance the compo. Addition of blue mountain and sky counter point to smoothen the whole capture. Well taken shot, Congrats.
