The Desert, a photo from Inner Mongolia, North

Photographer's Note

Padanjirin(what we call), one of the most remote and dynamic desert world over, is a breathtaking experience in my life. The highest sand dune is 1,606m above sea level that looked impossible to conquer, but our jeep made it after several attempting.
There was only one guesthouse in the cneter of the desert where we stayed 2 nites for taking photos. The generator of the house provided us with the power only 2 hours at night.

Hi JS,
What a wonderul image, love those shadows and the line that the animals and their leader form along a diagonal. Great varied texture between the dunes in the foreground and the ones in the back. I also like that there is almost just one palette of colour in various shades of brown. Your experience sounds great.

Hello there - What a super POV, you have captured the camel train so well, I like the way their progress across the undulating dunes and across the dune rim is so clearly shown. The shadows add an nice touch. I had no idea camels came in this variety of colours either! TFS and best regards Rosemary

Ceux-ci s'affichent de fa輟n d馭orm馥 sur la dune. L'image est tr鑚 nette et pr馗ise dans les d騁ails comme la fourrure des b黎es ou les vaguelettes du sable.
