Photographer's Note
Today I returned from my Azerbaijan and Georgia trip. In the morning, I made a walk around Kutaisi. In the back street, I saw this impressive and meaningful mural. The mural is a work of the young artist Musya Qeburia.
World Vision Georgia is launching the 哲ot My Choice" campaign against child exploitation in the streets. With this initiative, they are joining World Vision痴 global campaign 的t takes a World to End Violence Against Children with a specific focus to combat child exploitation on the streets.

Hello Malgo,
On the thumbnail it looked like a beautiful mural.
But it is much more, a true indictment of the fate that befell some children.
Very touching with the toy and the children's drawings inside the cardboard box.
Best regards, Paul

Hello Malgo,
An excellent photo of this mural, which also addresses such an important issue. It is nicely framed by the two pillars, both with their own, much less artistic graffiti. Well captured,
Lars

Hello Malgo,
A poignant reminder of the exploitation of children and child poverty. Well framed with excellent colours and clarity. I seem to remember you have another trip planned for the end of June; all being well I will be going off on my next adventure the week after next.

Hello Malgo,
A rather different kind of mural, better than the average and with a stronger message than most graffiti. It is obviously officially sanctioned, which doesn't make it less interesting. Maybe it's the strong impact it makes that has saved it from the kind of vandalization we see on the pillars on each side. The location makes for a good composition with natural frames and a good light.
Kind regards,
Gert
Busy with preparations for the next journey? ;-)

Hello Malgo,
It's sad that there needs to be art like this, but it also reminds us to be thankful for what we have. The artwork itself is very well-done, and I like the bit of old architecture and wooden floors that we can see around it.

Malgorzata, very sad topic through the mural seen in Georgia. Many children are exploited in the streets, they suffer also from violence. The painting aim is to make the population aware of the street children situation. The mural represents a little boy sleeping in a cardboard box in the street. His cuddly toy is used as a pillow. He has decorated his "home" with drawings. Very touching report

Hello Malgo,
It is a very meaningful mural, well done and nicely photographed.

PS. The McKinley Explorer was part of our cruise, but I just looked up the rates for you: This summer, it costs $218 to go from Anchorage to Denali on the McKinley Explorer. You can do a similar trip on Alaska Railroad Denali Star, $139 if you are content with a regular car, $279 if you want a dome car.

Hi Malgo,
I find the mural to show a sad situation of a child sleeping in a cardbord box. It is showing that even children are affected by poverty. It is well shown in your picture. Have a nice day.
