Here in the western countries would the dishwasher become uses.
But in your country, are the women yet real women.

Hello Joginder,
lots of work and not so pleasant but the ladies look determined and dedicated. An interesting idea to lower the point of view so as to get as close to them as possible. It's good that they are doing the same movement facing opposite directions. The yellow of the lady's jacket is attractive and helps shift our attention from the mess in the foreground. Nicely done! You have really caught the woman at work - an honest way to earn a living with great layout of space and closeness here and the positioning strengthens the comp real good. A pleasantly exposed shot and I really like the 'near and far' aspect of this with the bg colour and softness help a lot to bring out the best and allows for good contrast. A slice of daily life sympathetically captured, Congrats.
