Bonjour Dwaipayan,
J'aime beaucoup ce cadrage vertical .Il donne beaucoup de profondeur la composition. Prendre la femme de dos donne l'occasion de regarder le m麥e paysage montagneux qu'elle, une sorte de complicit.

Hello Dwaipayan,
a fascinating view of the Temple against the snow capped mountain, the striding figure adds a nice dynamic human touch.
There appears to be work in progress with the slabs ready to be laid.
Best regards Les.

Hello Dwaipayan,
A fascinating glimpse into these northern regions of India. The buildings, with their right angled positioning, lock the figure neatly into the f/g space. Their similar, warm colours, link them nicely into the scene, contrasting strongly with the cold, misty peaks of the mountains.
My warm regards,
Bev :-)

Namaste Dwaipayan
A timeless scene of this high altitude temple and village, very evocative with the misty and snow capped mountains in the background. The woodwork and the intricate carvings on the temple are sublime and the women in the foreground balances the composition perfectly.
have a great sunday

Hello Dwaipayan
The monk is walking away from us and we can only see his back. The stacks of tiles or paving slabs are not what we would normally expect to see in a monastery. And yet the photograph works as a documentary image of everyday monastic life, warts and all. This isn't posed or "directed", and is probably stronger for being a naturalistic grab-shot.

Will

Hi Dwaipayan,
Very good shot rich in culture and architecture. The background of the mountain provide a nice backdrop. I feel like being up on the mountain with cold and refreshing air.

Hi Dwaipayan,
I like the composition with the temple fragment in the foreground and the spectacular mountain at the back. Person in traditional clothes is a bonus adding some life to the scene.
Very well seen and captured,

Very nice storytelling image here, Dwaipayan. Well framed with a strong POV, and the tone lightening as you get further from the lens suggests she is walking toward something brighter...
Thanks,
Andrew

Namaste Dwaipayan. I have neglected your gallery of late, maybe I am envious of your high altitude shots and the fact that you have ready access to these inspirational places. I love this mix of the majesty of the mountains, the ancient patina on the temple walls and the human element with the inclusion of the woman whose attire match sin colour the temple walls.Wonderful shot masterfully put together. Regards. Klaudio.

Hi Dwaipayan
I wish we had time to visit the northern area of India, perhaps on our next trip.
this one shows a lot of the interesting architecture that can be found.
and there seems to be very few people around as well, which would have been a nice break from the usual Indian cities :)
thanks for this one
cheers
