These are the beautifully lit mountains by the setting sun light..As viewed from the Shanti Stupa..Leh.
The barren muddy mountains of Leh, seem to come to life with these sunrays which are promising to bring the life back, the next day also...

Did you go here by Kushok Bakula Rimpochee Airport?
Isn't this area very guarded because it's a military airport?
I know that India is long-cherished to build roads and railways in Afghanistan.
