Photographer's Note
An old Road Roller laid to rest in the open. With its strong iron rusting in the tropical weather. Trees and plants have found their way through the frames and chassis showing how long this hasn't been moved.
I wanted to present this in Black and White to give the picture the feel of passed time.
I also tried a softer version (posted in the WS).
Thanks for visiting.

Vikram,
Thanks for the photo! Its a nice subject, and i like how its clunkiness contrasts with the softness of the glowing trees in the background. Would you consider a warmer filter to make it more nostalgic as opposed to haunting?
Cheers, Krispyt (in Taiwan)

Hi Vikram
The black and white suits this well. You've framed it well too and chosen a good angle to give good perspective.
Best wishes
Mark
