Photographer's Note
If you cross the large bridge from Asakasa to The Asahi Beer HQ, on the right side, if you look down you will see these "floating restaurants" which offer the chance to get drunk and well fed as you float through Tokyo. During the day I guess there is a lot of stocking up/cleaning to take care of and I this guy must be doing something along those lines.
The distance between the two boats wasn't so big that he had to jump it but for the sake of my photo I'm glad he did!
