A good image, but it is a little too cluttered. There is a lot to look at and focus on.
You could try cropping the image to be tighter around your subject.

I disagree with Klapaucius, I think the clutter is great, this IS metro-Japan, the town life that is SO common.
I have one wish though, maybe you could have panned down a bit more to get more of the garbage? Maybe more clutter would have been even better!
