Very interesting shot, Che.
I like the green light cast on the walkway and bridge. It gives a cool, mysterious feel to the photo. The small area of blue light is also a nice detail.

Interesting lights, yes and the angle you've taken it from is very nice, but I'd have preferred it if you'd cropped off the tower on the right and waited for a human to have come closer into the frame (but thats my opinion!).

Some nice lines and curves in this.

Agree with stiginthedump that cropping out the tower improves it, as it makes the lower curve of the wall start in the bottom right hand corner. If you kept the same proportions it'd also make the top curve of the bridge start in the top left hand corner.

The shot is a little soft though, did you use a tripod to take this?
