This is the continuation from previous one.
I, of course, like beatuiful dancers very much.
But I like thier feathers taken on the back more and more. Thoese are so vividly colorful and wonderful for me. We have another Samba event this weekend, I have to re-schedule my agendas, I have a headache.

Hi Takero,

Nice and close portrait of a performer in full colours.

The expression is good, as Samba festival is about fun and exuberance, and this is what emanates from your subject. I like the way her face is framed by feather. The blurred background suggests movement and serves your image very well.

This is a picture quite different that those taken of Japanese girl in traditional costume. But still, you've made a very nice picture. It's so colourful.

Great portrait shot- full of fun and motion. I like the shallow depth of field and blurred feathers in the foreground wth the focus on the performers face and smaile. Conveys her mood beautifully

By the way I was amazed and very pleased about your comment on my picture of the japanese girl at Meji Jingu. And yes it is definitifyl the same girl. Isn't the world a small place. So we where the same day in 2009 at Meji Jingu and photographed the same girl. It is a pity that I discovered TE only a year later. Would have been great meeting you there. Thanks to Greg and you for creating that captivating moment so long ago

I always thought that samba to Rio de Janeiro. but as seen in Japan, this dance has become so very popular that there are festivals of samba. Beautiful girl in a beautiful tropical attire and makeup. Best portrait in perfect quality.

a greatly captured and framed portrait of the dancer immersed in the music and atmosphere of the festival. The colours are festive and beautiful and their combination superb. The diagonals of the feathers and the direction of the dancer's glance give an elegant and firm dynamism to the portrait. What an explosion of colours. Your composition is superb here and I am really impressed how were able to focus on the face of the lady. I notice that the feathers on her head are blurred and you really did an excellent photo-job here. TFS and have a nice weekend!

The Japanese people seems to enjoy a lot of dances from other countries, I'm surprise that they love samba. I went to a country/western music event and competition here in Las Vegas and there was team from Japan! Nice capture of this lovely lady. I like the profile shot.
