This photograph is taken at a midnight JR Ōji Station at which Keihin-Tōhoku Line stops. I am engaged and went to Ōji Post Office to take over a load on that day past 23:00 of midnight. After I did easy shopping in the super market near the station on return, and I was trying to arrive at it at way home. Although I was waiting for the train at the plathome of the station, the train did not come easily. Somehow, seemingly, it is delayed. During I am waiting at the plathome, I felt the cold of winter to the core. To an opposite plathome, the train of the direction for Ōmiya comes periodically, takes down passengers, and passes the station at it. In 24:00 of midnight, although it was the time near the surroundings of last train, there was very crowded in train. Probably, passengers will be the people who were working in the center of Tokyo and going back their home in the suburbs. Wholly, The passengers show the expressionless countenance. Train which runs the Tokyo suburbs such as JR, Private line, and the subway become around 24:00 of midnight on the last train. They played or drank alcohol well on the way from the office ten years ago. And, when they do not catch the last train of the day, thet returned their home by using taxi. Howver, nowadays it seems that they return until the last train in order to reduce waste of money wholly for the deflation which continues for a long time and depression. In the meantime, the train which I will take arrived to the platform in 15 minutes late. It is today's last train of the day. Now, commercial facilities such as a convenience store and a fast food chain etc are carrying out 24-hour. Moreover, the vending machine treating soft drink or tobacco can be used for 24 hours. It is a time which ATM of a bank can also use for 24 hours. If we also use the transportation running for 24 hours, it is convenient for us. However, considering the power situation and profitability, the realizing seems to be the still far point as well as the change which it is a fundamental lifestyle of people of working at daytime and sleeping night.
