Photographer's Note
Today (March 28) seemed like the first day of Spring in Japan, and I passed it at a bayside park near Tokyo Disneyland, where we barbequed this dish of chicken kebabs. This is a popular dish in Japan, and seems to comprise of more than just just traditional meat cuts -- there is a bit of internal organs mixed into the mix here.

Oishii! Good close-up, gives the sense that we're right there taking in the delicious food. Very sharp focus, which brings it out. I think this close-up is just right to give a good impression of Japanese food.
