As everything in Japan, even backhoes are small here. This is one that attempts to tear down an old apartment complex in one of the trendy parts of town. Old, unfortunately, does not mean trendy in Japan.

Very interesting, as I look, it seems as if there could still be people living in the apartment complex, but that must certainly not be the case. The repeating pattern created by the rectangular metal frames at top left is pleasing.
