Photographer's Note
Roppongi Hills is one of the many new "cities" cropping all over Japan. In 2003, there is a problem with companies leaving their existing places and move to these new buildings. A lot of business and building owners are suffering from this "2003 Problem."
This picture was taken from Minami Aoyama (a quaint old area) with a mix of the old houses and the shiny new Roppongi Hills Tower.
