Photographer's Note
These were a group of women practicing for a festival in the bicycle park in Nakano. This is the first of 2 pictures. This shows the women beating on the drums rhythmically and dancing at the same time.
I hope to get a photo of all of them in costume on the actual day of the festival. (If I can figure out when it is)

I like this picture. It shows motion of the people. The picture is nicely taken and You see the expression on their face. Nice Pic
