Photographer's Note

She is setting to be the second popular "oiran (high class call girl in former Japan)" in this town.
Her head dress is around 15 kg, clothes are 10 kg and Japanese wooden clogs are 15 kg, so the procession by them is so heavy work. Light management was difficult, I set manual and used a diffuser on the speed light.

Obviously you have managed the light conditions here in a superb way! A very good and also very interesting photo! She must be well trained to carry all this weight with her!

Dear Takero,
like those previously posted photos, this one is most interesting! And your note with these incredible figures of such a heavy weight is more than impressive!
I should say that the background (especially on the left) looks kind of strange... were there any disturbing objects/people which you cloned out?
The top of the photo also looks a bit too dark, so the head dress isn't seen well enough... but I reckon you couldn't do much about that!

I always red colors .in this photo you captured very good framing with beatiful composition.I should add Japan cities into my destination list to be able to see this very kindly japanese people.

Hello Takero,

You use the same lens as I, 70-200 f/2.8L IS USM a very splendid lens, I think the best of Canon.
What a weight together all the attire.
Lovely portrait and decorations.
